Two days before the signature of AtmoCare / AtmoSalud, in Barcelona, Spain, the lawyers realized we were missing an important document. We rushed, drove 2 hours there and back, to get an early appointment in the city of Lleida, and got that document. On the day of the signature, we were told another document is missing, and we are, as of February 24, still waiting for this document.

But let us not lose hope. We will soon have everything in order, and until then, we found a legal way to start recieveing contributions, as we are already connecting with DAC carbon capture partners, and advancing in our in-house super-forest project.
