Each solution has a minor side-effect. If we resolve climate change using only one efficient solution, we will then need to deal with a more concentrated side-effect of that single solution. Any ecosystem will thrive more with biodiversity. We believe in encouraging a variety of solutions that will each have a great positive effect. It will then be easier to deal with a array of small side-effects.
